I am a spayed female & I look like a Belgian Malinois and Alaskan Malamute

The shelter staff think I am 9 months old.

I’m Aretha, a 67-pound girl with a beautiful brindle coat, and I’m looking for a calm, understanding home where I can feel safe and loved. I can be a little nervous about the world at first, but I’m cautious in a gentle way and warm up quickly once I know I’m okay. I’m calm, walk well on a leash, and have a playful side that comes out as I get comfortable. I would need to meet any other dogs before joining their family to make sure we’re a good match, and I’ll do best in a home without cats or small animals. I’m a sweet, steady girl just hoping to find my forever home where I can truly relax and be myself.
